CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS~ Deposits are required for almost every service, and are non refundable. However, they may be transferred once before becoming void. Deposits may not be transferred to services of lesser value. CANCELLATIONS~ cancellations for all services, automatically forfeit deposits (not reschedules) (YOU MUST RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT) Cancellations less than 48 hours of service, will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. RESCHEDULING~ There is a $50 fee for PMU reschedules made less than 48 hours of appointment time. These fees will be added to your rescheduled appointment and charged at your appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED, and you will no longer be able to book with me. Clients more than 15 minutes late for appointments may have to reschedule, and rescheduling fees may be applied to your next appointment.
