Hello there! Welcome to “Ivory Rose Aesthetics” Here at Ivory Rose, we are independent contractors so we each offer different hours and a wide variety of services to meet all of your needs. (Please check your providers schedule to see hours and services) The Ivory Rose TEAM wants everyone who walks through our doors to know that you will not just receive a service, you will receive a wonderful EXPERIENCE in a relaxing spa setting.
CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING FEES: Booking fees are required for almost every service, and are non refundable. However, they may be transferred once before becoming void. Booking fees may not be transferred to services of lesser value. CANCELLATIONS~ Cancellations less than 48 hours of service, will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. RESCHEDULING~ There is a $50 fee for PMU reschedules made less than 48 hours of appointment time. These fees will be added to your rescheduled appointment and charged at your appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED, and you will no longer be able to book with me. Clients more than 15 minutes late for appointments may have to reschedule, and rescheduling fees may be applied to your next appointment. (Reach out by text if you are running late) All payments are final and non refundable. (Other providers policies may differ. Check with them)
